My Experience...

My experience comes from multiple years of work in the business, various seminars and classes, and plenty of happy clients. I work with specialty programs like the "Hercules Affordable Housing Program" and also provide my own Public Informative Seminars for everyone to help educate the community. Call me today for information on special home buyer programs. I work alongside several assistance programs and would love to share them with you. I am constantly searching for ways to better improve myself for my clients and students. I have been trained in some of the most prestigious real estate programs such as the “By Referral Only” program and "Level 3 Performance Training". I am also certified for the "Monthly Mortgage Assistance Program (MMAP)". I have attended several seminars and schools to reach higher levels of knowledge and a higher grade of provided service, and to this day, I am still learning more, for you!
